- متابعة توفير الموارد البشرية المطلوبة لإدارات وتخصصات الشركة
- مراقبة التدفقات النقدية للشركة
- متابعة تنفيذ الدورة المستندية بالشركة وتطويرها المستمر
- متابعة التطوير المستمر للداء أعمال المشتريات لتتناسب مع احتياجات إدارة المشروعات وباقى إدارات الشركة

- الإشراف العام على تنفيذ مشروع معمل تفريخ بيض دواجن
- وضع المخططات الزمنية لمراحل تنفيذ المشروع
- التنسيق بين الشركة وإستشارى المشروع والشركة الموردة للمعدات
والمقاولين أثناء مراحل التنفيذ
- التأكد من تنفيذ المشروع ( إنشاءات - منافع - تركيبات - تشغيل ) طبقا للمواصفات المطلوبة

-Follwing up the documents cycle for sales, purchase and stores

-Monitoring the requirements, scope, problems and commercial terms
for agents and distributors through their contracts.

-Planning for all kinds of products, estate the suitable procedure and
style of the production orders and following up the products stock.
- Planning for search to obtain new competitor products.
-Status a method for binding between stores stock of row materials,
requirements of production plan and purchases needs by coordination
with production, sales, purchase departments.
- Participation in products cost evaluation system and the suggestions
of prices.
