PERSONAL PROFILE:
1- Field Experience Skills:
Follow up and Monitor the entire construction project activities in terms of technical
specifications and contract drawings.
Provide a clear overview regarding project status to the Project/ Construction Manager
during project life cycle.
Alert and Report any lake of manpower or expected delay based on work progress on
site.
Review the contractor’s daily reports with the Project Manager to avoid any delays
regarding progress of works and Material delivery on site.
2- Contract Administration Skills:
Assist in reviewing tender documents during the design phase of the project.
Making sure that activities related construction process are in accordance with the
contract documents.
3- Project Monitoring Skills:
Preparing monthly progress report and highlighting work progression provided with
photography. Additionally, prepare payments schedule summery & logs and assist to
provide additional comments to the Project Manager.
