• Ensure the effective planning, implementation of data collecting as per plan at field level
• Provide updates/instructions to field enumerators
• Convert Focus Group Discussion (FGDs) and Key Informant Interview (KII) notes
• into scripts and translate them into English/Somali as required
• Communicate with local authority and community leaders
• Organize community meeting and mobilize target community
• Supervise and guide field enumerator during data collection
• Oversee data collection implementation
• Upload all collected data edit and finalize through mobile device
• Attended all required and relevant training sessions and briefings prior to data collection
• Ensured the confidentiality of collected data and data storage are maintained
• Accurately collected high-quality and reliable data as instructed
• Ensured effective field data collection in line with the methodology, tools and specific
• guidelines set by the MEAL teams

• Acts as the main point of contact between minefield management staff and the HQ logistics team. Conducts a needs assessment on a cycle basis to identify materials needed at the camp for the following cycle, including, Food, Fuel, Water, Building materials. Ensures that assets and goods issued to the camp are accounted for, stored, secured, maintained, and replaced, if necessary. In anticipation for standdown, secures assets,
• ensuring no wastage or damage.
• Conducts and records transfer of assets between locations as needed. Prepares
• accommodation for visitors where necessary. Where necessary, oversees the construction
• and establishment of new facilities in the camp, ensuring efficiency and practicality.
• Updates the stack tally cards of water, fuel, and food consumption where necessary.

• Conducts weekly store checks to maintain stock levels and accountability.

• Ensures (HSE) measures are in place at the camp, including:
• Mosquito nets

Team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objective.
• To formulate sales strategic plans and submit it to the sales manager for approval and implementation.
• To identify appropriate business targets with the end in view of generating sales opportunities.
• Work with Sales Manager to grow market share and increase sales or branch area.
• Formulate definitive plans of actions to enhance a professional and excellent level of customer service to existing / new customers.
• Handles customer issues, resolution and communicates escalated issues to the Sales manager or via Customer Care Escalation Process.
• Assist with customer concerns and product/ service questions.
• Complete reports showing sales / cash balancing / inventory and attendance etc. to accurately report performance of Branch.
• Accurately review staff performance and communicate all human resource issues, concerns and incidents to sales manager.
• Monitors customer interactions and provide feedback to staff and assist them in sales and customer care performance.
• Maintain branch inventory and all Equipment/ Devices, Vehicles etc assigned for the operation of the branch.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Sales Manager.
