• Was handling complete research about under-construction Hotel Projects.
• Good research skills using technology and visiting directly to project.
• Always on the field to find new upcoming (Pre-Opening Projects) and grab as much information on that projects.
• Keep on flowing under construction projects monthly once to track whether it reaches to Pre-Opening stage.
• Also Tracking on “ON HOLD” projects to grab the immediate deal.
• Reaching the Right person in a project to crack the deal.
• Arranging Meetings with Procurement (Consultant / Developer ) on the stage of pre-Opening
• Maintaining Good Relationship with Hotel Operator.
• Understanding and closing the deal with the right requirement on an immediate basis.
Generate sales reports each week and submitting them to management
•creating new customers and regularly visiting existing customer to generate sales.
•Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company’s marketing presence.
•Update client information in the company contact database
•Assist and explain the features of the product to the & dealers.
•Planning and achieving sales targets of the assign territory in accordance to the previous average and growth.
•Preparations of D. O. and ensure the deliveries to the customers at the given time by the supplier
Implementation of sales policies & promotions and wholesale customer inquiries
•Customer services and handling customer grievances
•Training and motivating sales staff, giving individual & weekly target as well.
•Planning and achieving sales targets of the assign territory in accordance to the previous average and growth.
•Setting promotions of seasonal and slow moving stocks
•Raise purchased orders
•Maintaining efficiency of the floor
•Keeping an eye on changes of competitors’ activities such as price changes and promotions etc.

•Following-up in-bound telephone enquiries, walk in prospects and emails enquiries.
