Job Title: Credit & collection Manager.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with individual or business customers or provide assistance with problems these customers may encounter.
- Examine, evaluate, or process Credit applications.
- Oversee the flow of cash or financial instruments.
- Recruit staff members and oversee training programs.
- Network within communities to find and attract new business.
- Approve, reject, or coordinate the approval or rejection of Terms of credit.
- Prepare credit control status each month to follow up with the Sales department and push up to reach the collection target.
- Review collection reports to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances.
- Follow up with the company lowers to find a solution to the company Legal cases against the critical customers.
- Follow up with the company bank. And do all the needed transections when PR officers are not available.
- Visit company critical customers and make cure to settle the overdue Net Balances before going to legal and try to direct them to be regular customers.
- Make sure that all the needed documents of credit accounts are updated and legally correct.
- Reducing the bad depts to the lowest range.
- Reducing the cash turn over terms of payment to be as fast as possible without harming the sales.
- Reducing the risk of new opening credit accounts by examine the customer documents and visiting him if its necessary to have a clear view about his capabilities.
Achievements:
- Set up the credit and collection department and control it in a company schedule and system.
- Achieve the collection monthly targets.
- Stop the flow out of bad depts.
- Generate a software database of credit customers accounts matching with the archived credit application hard copy.

Duties / Responsibilities:

- Maintains a cash drawer; balances and audits the cash drawer according to policy and schedule.
- Supervises other bank tellers and their cash drawers.
- Searches for the cause of an overage or shortage when a teller’s drawer does not balance correctly.
- Always motivates the other bank tellers to remain friendly and professional.
- Trains new tellers in bank practice and procedure.

- Replenishes and troubleshoots ATM machines.

- I was trained to do all the Cash, Chqs and transfers transections. also, I trained to open new customer accounts, issue a for ATM cards, check LC documents - check Laon documents and customer visit on field and do other customer service functions.

Achievements:
- During my working period in the bank. I made a very good reputation between the clients and my workmates based on trust and hard working. And I always rated as excellent in the bank interior audit reports.
- I handled for more than three years the branch cash department. Even sometimes I was doing the teller and the treasury functions because it was a new branch and we had shortage employment stuff.
- The cash department was the most stable department in the branch and had the most good complements from our clients and Management.
