I have worked in Towson University as a student consultant which i was helping freshmen and sophomore students to adapt to our curriculum. in addition, i had the opportunity to make a 2 hour presentation to new up coming students who got accepted but did not decide yet to enroll to Towson on why Towson is the better place for you and your career. by doing so, i achieved remote wokt certification and customer service certification.
