◦ Develop, implement, and maintain Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies in accordance
with local laws, industry standards, and company requirements.
• Manage, supervise, monitor, maintain and implement HSE management system program to ensure
• Compliance in accordance with Clients Construction Safety Standards.
• Test and identify work areas potentials accident and health issues, implement appropriate
control measures.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and documents.
• Attend HSE weekly, Monthly meetings.
• Ensure the machinery and equipment meet appropriate safety regulations, examine and test
• them.
• Check personal protection equipment (PPE) and check that hazardous materials are stored correctly.
• Ensure that operation employees, contractors and site visitors receive HSE induction.
• Supervise the regular inspection of firefighting, safety and emergency response equipment
• Make sure all the work permit requirements are fulfilled at job site.
• Educating the workers, supervisors regarding JSA (JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS) prior to work.
• Attending tool box talks to all workers of particular work before work starts.
• Promotes, raises awareness and trains staff at all levels on environmental issues and responsibilities
• Investigate employee complaints regarding exposure to hazardous material
• Ensure clients are complying with all local, regional, state, and federal environmental regulations
• Development and implementation of Safety Management Systems (SMS) within organizations by
identifying, solving environmental issues, such as pollution and waste treatment, in compliance with
environmental legislation and to ensure sustainable development
• Technical know-how on Waste management - (Remediation/Restoration/Re-use )
• Implementing HSE Policies and Practice.
• Report and investigation of HSE incidents.
• Administered all monitoring and reporting as required by the environmental regulations.
• Perform Internal HSE audits on the different construction sites and ensured that all the HSE
guidelines were followed.
• Provide different trainings to employees on various aspects of the environmental as they relate to the
project.
• Conducted HSE Induction, TBT, Emergency Drills, Site Walkthroughs, Internal Auditing, Inspections, as well
as being involved in the development of an action plan to close any gaps discovered.
