• Achieve the Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly targets as per the Business Plan.
• Achieve the Tactical & Maximum margins on targets and ensure maximum revenue from Sales of accessories
• Responsible for the successful management of the needs of the Company's customers in order to meet the objectives of the company's overall business plans.
• Advising and guiding the customers for optimum utilization of the products and to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Define and manage the monthly and annual sales objectives for all of the sales personnel for distributors
• Spend a significant portion of time in the field both with individual accounts and co-traveling with sales personnel in the assigned territory.
• Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies
• Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
• Accountable for the on-time implementation of Retail sales and performance objectives.
• Responsible for the efficient allocation of technology, support, and training resources impacting the sales.
• Accountable for accurate and on-time reporting of Sales & stock reports, tour Planning & Expenses reporting essential for sales organization.
• Full responsibility for maximum exploitation of the potential in the area of the market for new SKU’s
• Cultivation of personal contacts to potential major customers
• Competition and market analysis on pricing & markets.
• Responsible for providing an annual Primary & Secondary Sales Plan and providing Monthly updates, revisions and modifications to the Plan.
• To complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame at Retail/AV /Sales team.
• To ensure high level of customer satisfaction by way of strategizing action plan to resolve the customer grievance
• In coordination with the Sales- Director, establishes both market and target customer strategies for the distributors.
• Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement, work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
• Consistently striving to appoint new potential dealers to effectively increase
