Finance Duties:
1. With 30 years of outstanding experience in the finance field, developing and maintaining relations with several general managers working in local banks and financing companies facilities allocating financial resources for companies and projects
2. Preparing financial studies and financial analysis for projects depending on the nature of their activities whether in contracting or construction. In addition, preparing orders for the supply of materials and goods supplied the financing needs and the size of the necessary banking facilities for the implementation of the project contracts and supply orders.
3. Discussing and negotiating with several financial sectors such as banks and financing companies to obtain the best financial offers with banking facilities applicable to the nature of different projects.
4. Financial tracking to ensure that the banking facilities provided are well incorporated by financing companies.
5. Monitor precisely the steps and procedures regarding the usage of the financial banking facilities provided whether for executing a project or financing the company’s business activities.
6. Arranging funds for existing business operations and drawing up capital budgets (including funds procurement) for new projects.


Accounting Duties:
1. Monitor the financial cost for executing a signed project and comparing it with the estimated budget to acknowledge and tackle any deviations or problems.
2. Development and implemented financial controls designed to manage growth, profitability and future development.
3. Undertook full responsibility of accounting records, international operations and financial audits including year-end external audits
4. Handled inter-company reconciliation and consolidation in the multi-entity and multi-national environment
5. Assisted the external consultants in implementation of the computerized decision support systems to meet the organizational requirements which includes SunSystems, Payroll & Personnel, Offices Automation tools and Business Intelligence Tools.
6. Trained the staff in accounting procedures and policies to promote strict adherence to the systems and sound fiscal management.
7. Preparing and presenting financial statements in line with International Accounting Standards.
