- Utilization of overdraft limits
- Opening and control over new bank accounts
- Bank reconciliation for major local bank accounts
- Monitoring and exchange rate negotiation for all payments and receipts in foreign currencies
- Monitoring of term loans
System Administration
- Review/restructure/rationalize new accounts codes and cost centers
Fixed assets Management
- Updating of fixed asset register
- Depreciation computation and year end process
- Fixed assets schedules (including profit/loss on sales of assets) for audit
Overall control and analysis for marketing expenses and reporting on variance to budget.

Maintaining complete books of accounts
Monitoring all cash and bank transactions and preparing cash flow forecast
Reconciliation of bank accounts
Monitoring all purchases
