Responsibilites Include:
• To manage all clients related issues.
• To prepare backups and provide support to other departments such as Networks, System Admins and Infra Team.
• To manage and maintain all the team members and assign them their task as per requirement.
• To handle the downtime issues and planning some activities.
• Responsible for implement of various systems related to I.T
• Coordinate with client IT teams in some cases to resolve issues. Which includes telenor, Barclays and Standard Chartered bank etc?
• Day to day maintenance and troubleshooting of all IT related equipment and services.
• Ensuring minimum downtime on production
setting up video / audio conferencing for remote office/partners
• Adhering to SLAs
Other IT-support duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary to support the business
I was there AS IT manager I look after small IT department of 5 to 6 computers.
i have done one year as Admin Assistant and Graphic designer there.
I was Computer Support enineer there for one year.
We started an Institute for free education About Computers and we do all kind of support and setting up computer issues on client's door step with charges.
that was my first job I learned many things over there I worked there on Graphic topols. like photoshopand corel Inpage etc.
