i have responsibility about operate the boiler which have 10 ton capacity and observe the parameters of pressure temperature and handle the emergency and working smoothly.
Worked as a “Wet Steam Boiler” in Jumag (Germany Based Company) 0.5 Ton
Capacity for Each Boiler hold in 03 boiler = Total 1.5 Ton.

Canal Water Section
To Control the Turbidity of Water by Coagulation of Suspended Particles Through
Free Settling in the Settling Tank by Using Chemicals ( Alum, Magnafloc, Nulfloc ).
Three Pumps (Each capacity 1100 GPM) Provide Raw Water to General Utility at
Maximum Turbidity 40 NTU.
Water Treatment Section
DM (Demineralized) Water Via Ion Exchange Process Through Cation
Exchanger, Degasifier Primary Anion Exchanger and Secondary Anion
Exchanger. Capacity of Water Treatment Section is 700 GPM DM Water having
Conductivity Less than 10 micro mohs/cm and silica less than 0.05 ppm.
Mixed Bed & Condensate Polisher
There are Two Mixed Bed and Two Condensate Polisher Each having
Capacity 200 GPM with Conductivity Less than 1 micro mhos/cm and Silica
Less than 0.005 ppm
Air Compressors & Dryers
Two air Compressors (one Steam Driven & Other Motor Driven) with Two Pairs of
Dryers.
Chemicals Handling
H2SO4, HCl, NaOH & MSDS Of these Chemicals
Safety Training
I have Got Safety, Fire Fighting and First medical aid Training From HSE Department. I
know:
* How to use Fire Extinguisher of all Types
* How to Operate Monitor Nozzles and Fire Hydrants for Fire Fighting . Plant Emergency
plan(level1 and level2 Emergency)
* I have Attended many HSE Meetings and Rehersals Conducted by HSE Department.
Only pass my Diploma..no achievements no projects like a normal students.
