Having 12+ years experience in managing VMware and windows based environment which involves end to end support of servers and IT services. Specialized in design and implementation of Datacenter solution with VMware ESX / ESXi & vCenter server. Have successful track record in implementation and migration projects like Datacenter Consolidation, Domain Migration, Hardware Refreshment. Also worked extensively in delivering projects with windows cluster (2003/ 2008/ 2012), NLB, Certificate Services, Terminal service, web farm and Publishing Websites. During my tenure i have lead technical team of various size successfully and delivered IT operations & project without any lapses.

Worked as Microsoft Exchange L3 support engineer for Tata Communication an ISP Environment that delivers Managed Mailbox Service solution to it customers and it is geographically extended to Chennai, Singapore, New York and London. The Solution provides a Ready Access Messaging platform to its customers, around 100+ Servers were deployed for this solution. Managing the Windows / Exchange Servers across different geographical locations, also it offers Hosting Services to its customers which involves managing 500+ customer Servers.

As a Windows Administrator we have to manage Windows 2003 Active Directory, windows cluster, Terminal Servers, File Servers and application servers which spread across multiple location. Also we have to take care of server build, patching and server hardening as per the security compliance defined by the customer.

As a server administrator i have to manage entire infra structure which includes Active directory, DNS, DHCP, IAS, IIS, File Servers and windows server administration. My responsibility includes Patch management, Windows NT Backup, managing Wireless Access Points, Internet Link and Printers. In the hardware front i have to maintain servers, UPS, Printers, DSL Routers, Wireless Access Points. Also assist the management on IT investment by providing detailed business cases for changes in IT services.
