 Preparation, evaluation, negotiation and reporting on claims
 Manage team of Assistant/Junior Quantity Surveyors
 Carry out reconciliation of cost and value up to date to keep the management team to know the project performance
 Provide commercial and contractual advice to the site team about all project issues and project strategy and provide input to discussion and reviews
 Ensure that contract related information used by Project team is accurate and up-to-date
 Conditions of contracts and agreements, Clause by clause examination of FIDIC conditions of contract.
 Preparation and amending of subcontractor agreement based on applicable template.
 Preparation and drafting letters (by reviewing the contract documents) to subcontractor on the additional claims
 Manage the change Order Process from identification to resolution of change.
 Establish and maintains records of all correspondence related to contract activity
 Analyses the contract terms and identifies the areas of possible opportunities and risks associated to the application of contract clauses.
 Attend the meeting/workshop meeting with client and consultant when necessary
 Initiates and conducts meetings with Contractor/Subcontractor Concerning contractual Issues
 Skill in interpretation of rules of measurement by studies of Principal of Measurements (International) POMI, SMM7 and Qatar SMM.
