Leading a team of Project Managers and Design draughtsmen, to Deliver High end fitout projects, Mainly hotels interiors, and VIP villas, in coordination with the production, procurement and Logistics teams . Maintaining the relations ship with clients through face to fcae meetings and coordination, in addition to contract reviews, BOQ analysis, Organisation strategic development meetings, staff assessemnt and interviewing new candidates .

Lead a team of consultants and contractors to construct the following projects: (AED 135M)
1- The new fly Dubai crew briefing facility in Al Maktoum Airport.
2- The new DAEP headquarters building and Al Maktoum Mega Terminal consultant’s offices.
3- Expansion of 9 existing support facilities within the Al Maktoum Airport and all associated external works.

Responsibilities included:
 Successfully achieved handing over construction projects, providing professional directions & control to multi-disciplinary teams of consultants and contractors, accomplishing challenging business targets & program goals, driving progress and delivering on time within budget & fulfilling all technical, quality and safety objectives.
 Successfully implemented the necessary measures covering planning, resource mobilization, execution & cost tracking leading to early/accelerated completion, keeping a special eye on the Back charges & Abortive works.
 Enhanced team work Spirit among all parties, Identifying and documenting lessons learned, and measuring performance of all parties and teams involved externally and internally.
 Achieved final handover & close-out of completed projects including preparation & delivery of all as-built documentation, O&M manuals, warranty certificates through leading technical workshops, identify issues, actions and owners, assign responsibilities and drive execution and accountability.
 Implementing Strategies and Plans of the organisation while representing construction unit in weekly management meetings, for project related matters, key decisions & Value Engineering.
 Conduct regular site visits to observe work progress, identify possible shortfalls and areas of concern, set priorities and highlight suitable course of action.
 Pull in resources from the Engineering department to provide expert opinion and technical support.
 Collaborate with colleagues from various departments, represented the construction unit in the risk management brain storming sessions to identify potential risks and possible actions and solutions.
 Personally establish and develop strong relationship with a network of contacts and connections from various stakeholders/end-users to facilitate and expedite the processing and execution of relevant actions.
 Contribute construction unit input towards payment eligibility for contractors.
 Effectively liaised with relevant government Authorities to obtain NOC’s and approvals.
 Provide planned and impromptu reports detailing progress, challenges, and concerns to the top management.

Reporting to the Director of Construction;
  Terminal 3 and Concourse B (AED 6+ Billion). Turned around the progress dramatically and achieved the delivery of the finishing works for the Hotel, Business class lounge, First class lounge and the Duty free shops.
 Al Maktoum Terminal building DWC and associated external works (AED 880+ Million). Fully in charge of the finishing project and associated external works.
 Dubai Airport Concourse C (AED 8+ Billion).Successfully resolved the problem of all ceiling void services clashes, coordinated all works for the Hotel, Business class lounge, First class lounge and the Duty free shops.
 Terminal 2 Expansion project 2nd phase, (live Operational Facility) (AED 980 Million). Accomplished this difficult mission maintaining live operations, work Included the upgrading the baggage handling system while maintaining the Terminal operational throughout the period.
 Dubai Airport Crisis Centre upgrading and modification package. Which included the introduction of a 30x7m visual wall screen and various architectural changes to the layout and technical rooms.
 Close out of several completed packages.
