1 -Utilized PeopleSoft to enter in new hires, process transfers, promotions and terminations. Ensured all employee time punches in timekeeping system were correct and electronically sent to Home office
2- Establish company routes concentrating on customer service
3- Ensure to dispatch all company drivers.
4- Making sure that all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced
5- Ensure to track routes to assure on time deliveries to enterprise customers.
6- Review and arrange all transportation paperwork inclusive of driver logs, ’& driver s, trip reports and invoices.
7- Recorded employee attendance, personal and vacation time and reported all leaves of absence to the benefits department on a monthly basis.
8- Preparation of petty cash report, GRN, VDN, MRF, VOR and parts delivery etc….
9- Review driver’s hours properly and submit apt timecards to payroll.
10- Handle client concerns and direct problems to suitable parties.
11- Record driver concerns along with policy violations and direct main issues to Transportation Manager.
12- Support management team to supervise transportation personnel
13- Preparation of monthly report like Salik, fine, total fuel consumption, ISO staff fleet data biase and also submission of various report as requested by top level.
14- Ensure compliance to all security as well as operational procedures
