Main Responsibilities
o Scope encompasses the requirement for Petroleum Products marketing and sales to Industrial Customers, Key Accounts, Distributors, Marine Customers and Oil Marketing Companies by managing the Supply Chain.
o To develop and monitor departmental Annual Marketing Plan, Volumetric Sales Budget, Capital Expenditure and Revenue Expenditure Budgets.
o To forecast the area sales of POL products and provide requirements to the Head of Department for product availability and planning.
o To not only serve existing customers but to proactively solicit new prospects on on-going basis.
o Develop customized service offerings as per client’s business requirement via installation of consumer facility.
o Engage in provision of product information (technical details) for customer’s proposals and tenders.
o Support local marketing implementation of all new fuel/product launches to ensure compliance.
o Draft and prepare Fuel Supply Contracts and Agreements for medium to long-term supply arrangements.
o To coordinate among various business units/divisions to reach practical decisions, to plan and implement.
o To achieve volumetric and gross margin targets (in line with budget) for fuel products.
o Assisting team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating projects and activities as requested.
o Scope encompassed the requirement of Nestle’s Food & Beverages’ (over 100 sku’s) marketing, trade category management, sales, merchandizing, supply chain and availability at all the retail channels.
o Proactively grew the retail segment by focusing on all the channels, team management of over 25 professionals and maintained a very close liaison with the Distributors.
o To oversee all marketing activities through effective planning, strategizing, timely decision making, providing guidance, supervision and motivation to entire sales team.
o Coordinate and supervise all activities towards attainment of company objectives relate to Sales, Planning, Warehousing, Market Development, Administration, Cost Control, Profit Maximization and HSE in the assigned area.
o Proven Achievement of over 100% target achievement in Nestle Waters segment.
o Worked on various Branding activities with Brand Team and carried out several ATL and BTL activities.
o Spearheaded the development and implementation of creative marketing and sales plans, which enabled the concerned departmental heads to achieve their goals.
o Developed and retrieved Marketing Intelligence Reports, resulting in top-management’s proactive decision making.
