Selection of Welds for NDE and contact with Third party for performing NDE and Raise RFI.
Submit daily & weekly progress report i.e. Daily welding Fit-up and Production Report SATR W 2007, Welding Consumable Issuance Report SATR W 2010, Welding Rod Oven calibration/Verification Report SATR W 2011, Weekly Welder & Project Repair Rate Report SATR W 2013, Weekly and Cumulative Weld Status Report SATR W 2019, Weekly Consumables receiving inspection Report as well, doing Tool box meetings raised Proactive Report, INCR and Corrective actions. Make punch-list.
To make sure that any activity offered for inspection has an approved shop drawing method
Over view inspection of Conveyor structure. Inspect all the parts are as per given drawings. Perform post shipment inspections.
Dimensionally Checks of erected structure like. Column location inspection, vertical surface inspection, plane inspection.
Welding inspection of structure as per given drawings, code, standards and QIP of project.
Others inspections was done as per given QIP.
Submit daily & weekly progress report as well, raised Quality Alerts, NCR and Corrective actions. Make punch-list.
To lead the team of QC welding, Coating, Field & HSE inspectors at site for doing Surveillance work
Reviewing & implement HSE&QA Plan and make sure that all work was carried out according to given code and standards. Review all procedures before start of work at site.
Regular site visits foreseeing the potential deficiencies based on his physical experience to share with construction crew and guidance to QC & HSE Inspectors.
Conducting routine internal meetings with QC & HSE inspectors for further awareness to the potential problems which must be tackled accordingly to avoid non‐conformities.
Maintain daily QC and HSE progress report of each sub segment and submitted it to Project manager of RLNG project.
Coordination with contractor and TPI teams on daily basis for knowing work progress and any local and site issues to inform client and project lead.

To witness Boiler erection work which was done at site was comply with given code and standard and ITP of clients.
Review all procedures of Boiler erection work and implemented at site and fulfill checklist and maintain daily progress report.
Welding Inspection of pressure and non-pressure parts of boiler. Before welding fulfill all Quality checks like witness of WPS and Supporting PQR, Electrode and filler wires issuance and control records, Equipment calibration certificate, Welder qualification records and Job ID of welders.
Dimensionally check of erected parts and make a punch list points.
Witness PWHT work and review the PWHT procedure.
Providing recommendation and solution during erection work & assist and effective decision making.
• Formulate welding procedures, manage welder qualifications
• Inspect, monitor and supervise overhaul mechanical activities sub contracted to various parties during construction phase.
• Carrying out initial, detailed and final internal visual inspection complemented with NDT examination for the static equipments including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, coolers, columns, furnaces, stacks and tanks etc.
• Ensure full compliance with company safety regulations and HSE management systems.
• Retirement thickness calculation, corrosion rate calculation, remaining service life calculation for static equipments systems and advising for any repairs/replacement/re-rating requirements.
• Selection of an appropriate inspection/NDT techniques as per codes/standards and specification.
• Review of WPS, PQR, NDT, PWHT procedures & qualification of NDT technician.
