• Marketing & Sales of products of agencies that BMAM holds through new and existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase the sales of maintenance contracts & installation works.
• Perform technical and administrative works to quote, negotiate and close the sale.
• Develop the business with existing clients to the fullest potential of the department.
• Administered meeting with clients to determine project needs and establish sales guidelines.
• Attended technical meetings with client and weekly progress meetings with the client as per their requirements.
• Conduct research and feasibility studies and recommend potential new market segments that the department can enter into.
• Assist SH in budget preparation. Monitor budget vs actual performance and report to SH on regular basis.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to SH for decision making purposes and target setting.
• Regularly update SH on the position of the department against set objectives and target. Update SH on performance trends that need corrective actions.
• Coordinate with KFF or other ministerial bodies and other BMAM departments for the approval of products and registration/ renewals of agency agreements.
• Carryout the role of Management Representative in maintaining the ISO certifications.
