Job Responsibilities:
Following are the responsibilities handled during various phase of the Projects.
FEED:
* Involved in FEED activities beginning with the scope identification & culminating in preparing BFD.
* Attend scope identification meeting/Walk downs with ASSET team.
* Provide input related to Piping.
* Provide input for scheduling by Highlighting challenges/Precautions.
* Provide initial MTO and assist in procurement of long lead items.
Engineering:
* Experienced in Metallic/Non-Metallic Piping engineering as per ASME codes/DEPs/ISO stds.
* Hands-on experience with Piping stress analysis.
* Experienced in Oxygen Service Piping.
* Experienced in Hot Tap design for in-service lines.
* Approving Piping design in 30%, 60% & 90% 3D Model reviews.
* Attend and represent Piping discipline in constructability review sessions.
* Approving Piping deliverables (Isometrics/GADs/Stress Reports/Material Requisitions/Technical
Bid evaluations/Concession Request, site survey report etc.)
* Approving Procurement documents such as Material requisition/Data sheets/Vendor
drawings/GADs/MTCs/ITPs for Valves, & other Piping materials.
* Approving ITPs/Welding Procedures/PQR (for field construction works) with assistance from QA/QC group.
* Review Concession Requests for deviation.
* Resolve Engineering Issues by closely working with EPC team.
* Ensuring compliance to SHELL DEPS/Codes/Standards etc.
* Providing Piping support to EPCM contractors throughout the life cycle of a project
* Contribute to lesson learnt session.
* Co-ordinate with QA/QC to ensure quality is maintained in all deliverables.

* Ensuring Human factor Engineering during design.
