To liaise with production department, in order to maintain plant process, utilities and equipment so that output targets and technical performance are attained within agreed budgets. Ensures that preventive electrical, instrumentation, mechanical maintenance, utilities are planned and controlled. Ensures that engineering work force is properly Organized, Motivated and trained particularly in respect of the introduction of new technology, and in maintaining plant safety, safe working practices and product quality assurance standards. Ensure personnel are developed to achieve their full potential.
Responsible to prepare daily production reports and equipments effeciency reports. Responsible to manage manpower responsible for daily monthly stocktaking and achieve required run factor.
