1.Lead and supervise the operation and maintenance of (DG) sets, Compressor Attachment, Forklift and Heavy Machines in various challenging environments, such as ARAMCO’s oil and gas fields (Abu Ali, Haradh, Fadhili, Jafurah, Khurais), ensuring consistent performance and efficiency.
Responsible for performing and overseeing troubleshooting, repair, and scheduled maintenance for a wide range of generator models, including Caterpillar, Cummins, Volvo, Doosan, Perkins, FG Wilson, Deutz, and Wartsila.
Ensure that maintenance procedures align with the manufacturer’s guidelines and client specifications to enhance Engine/ generator reliability and extend equipment lifespan.
2.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all technical maintenance issues.
Ensure client requirements are met, providing tailored solutions that prioritize cost control and operational efficiency.
Provide clear communication with clients about service performance, maintenance schedules, and any required actions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
