Process day to day travel activities including Flights, Hotel, & Transportation for all the employees in the
company. Engaging transportation for the groups as per the project.
Engaging account management for transportation for different types of luxury cars within and outside the
kingdom and process the invoices on daily, hourly and monthly basis.
Engaging to coordinate with hotels to book Room Reservation’s as per the policies and procedures provided by
the company on daily basis
Liaise with travel partners, including airlines and hotels and transport companies, to Engaging the contracts.
work on group project booking for Delegation Accommodation and transportation.
Ensure Traveler profiles for VIP’s are maintained accurately.
Prepare and upload the Invoices with Refunds in the oracle System to generate PR for procurement, and finance
to make payments.
Manage relationship and negotiate contracts/rates with travel agencies, direct corporate agreements with hotels
and other vendors.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for
improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless
communication and coordination throughout the travel journey.
Led and motivated a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster
a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Engaging the accommodation and transportation for group bookings of mega projects like ‘’Riyadh Season’’
‘’Jeddah season’’ and all other running projects within the budget including catering and concierge segments.
Negotiate cost and maintain budget for the groups with hotels and transportation.
Has an extensive market research within the kingdom.
Prepare the budget forecast for each project for the approvals.
Creating reports for monthly and project wise, ensuring delivery deadlines on each project and use the Oracle
system to raise the PR to initiate the process of payment plan.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced
environment.
Proficiency in travel management systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
Flexibility to travel as required.

Prepare, update and communicate the complete team vacation plan, project schedule etc.
Process business travel and accommodation requirements for all department staff.
PROJECT EXPERIENCE: Freelance project on WORKING CAPITAL MANAGEMENT. Worked with INDIA CEMENTS LTD on a Finance project for a span of two months. OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY: • The prime objective is to critically examine the working capital requirements of the company. • The secondary objective is to examine various ratios which have impact on current assets and current liabilities.
