Conduct Project duties like - Define SOW, Objective, Project Plan, Milestones etc.
Train the junior team members in Project Management, Process Management, functional & industry expertise.
Lead projects data collection & review, generate reports, prepare recommendation list and present the final data to customers.
Reporting directly to GM, looking into the Project Portfolio Management.
Track and monitor project progress and develop project report for Management use.
Prepares various formats & reports using data gathering techniques and establish tracking standards.
Identify, develop & maintain a good relationship with vendor and suppliers.
Attaining the International Certifications of ISO 9001:2008 for the department.
Project Management: Project scope and objectives, Meeting deadlines, Time, Cost, Budget, Change management.
Monitor vendor capabilities, Track/Monitoring Procedures (Data collection).
Single point of contact to define the processes & procedures required in the various departments and automate the activities for effective management.GM /PMO & Vice President
