1. Manage/coordinate all in/outbound freight on a cost effective and timely basis in compliance with all legal/statutory requirements.
2. Manage duty exemption account with Ministry of Commerce and Investment and customs.
3. Apply and renew duty exemption of raw material and machinery.
4. Working closely with materials planner and buyer to coordinate and track all shipments from vendors for timely receipt at the plant.
5. Work closely with the freight forwarder and customs to ensure goods are received on the production line as planned.
6. Issue customer invoices, and complete the necessary shipping documents required for customers and Emerson compliance by ensuring all the procedures are followed for invoicing, shipping documentation in Oracle.
7. Responsible to ensure trade compliance before releasing any shipments out of the plant and keeping record for all shipments and keeping a record of the compliance process.
8. Ensure freight and clearance agreements are favorable to us as a corporation. Track the freight cost so that it stays within budget.
9. Communicate with customers all documents and shipping Information and defining the size of the truck or container required for loading. Ensure the safety and security of the goods loaded before leaving the plant
10. Bargain to subcontractor, supplier, fabricator, organized order or supplementary order to award the contracts. Liaison with management, consultants and client related to performance, demands, accomplishments, billing and scheduling left overs.
11. Ensure that project performance contains high levels of quality, efficiency, safety and effectiveness Ensure that site assets are operated in the most cost-effective, responsible and reliable manner.
12. Coordinate with upper management to ensure a uniform approach to accomplishment of the assigned projects Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services

Responsible to Manage Etisalat customer accounts.
Promoting Etisalat Product (Internet, Sim Card, M2M, Digital, Cloud, Online Marketing). Retain existing client by regular follow up with phone call and meet directly to their outlet.
Developing the business by reference and through cold calls and direct marketing. Collecting the payment and updating the bill and new samples to the client.
