Manage sales team and overall sales of FMCG & HORECA segment.
Exploring new sales areas and strengthen the penetrations.
Resolving customer complaints regarding sales and services.
Preparing Marketing plan & Strategies
Implementing and evaluating the strategies
Preparing reports relating to the movement of sales & implementing effective steps to improve the sales.
Introducing new products in the market and evaluating its market position.
Conducting in-store promotions and special offer promotions.
Monitoring Cash Sales executive’s activities and implementing new incentives scheme for improving their sales.
Preparing rout plan for Merchandisers and monitoring their activities.
Attending Key accounts meeting with key Accounts Managers & making decisions related to their Annual Agreement and Listing Fees.
