Prominent Printing located in Dubai is a leading Packaging Group of UAE & a part of Kazani Group of companies. Kazani Group includes the Nine (9) companies name Al Mansoorah Printing co LLC, Kazani Trading LLC, Kazani Paper FZC, Industrial Packaging, ZainAli Printing & Packaging Co LLC, Kazani General trading LLC, Kazan Heights, Kazani Developers & SNZ trading INC. As Financial Controller for Kazani Group of Companies my key responsibilities & contributions included the following:
• Preparation & Finalization of monthly, quarterly and yearly accounts for all individual companies along with consolidation of Accounts on monthly basis.
• Preparation of Accounts analysis reports & Management reports on monthly basis for all individual Companies & group consolidation.
• Keeping Control on Financial SOPs and enabling their implementation.
• As a Financial Controller of nine group companies of Kazani Group managing a team of twelve (12) accountants.
• Monitoring the Costing Module & ensuring the entries are accurate by Accounts Department.
• Checking & authorizing the accounting vouchers.
• Checking & keeping control on Inventory Management system & its proper compliance.
• VAT return filings, submitting ESR & other regulatory returns for all group of Companies.
• Dealing with Banks & other Financial Institutes for Loans & TRs.
• Assisting the External Auditors for Annual Audit.
