Conduct regular site inspections for all structural activities including excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and curing works.
Ensure construction works comply with project requirements, approved drawings, l, and applicable codes and standards.
Inspect reinforcement installation, formwork alignment, levels, and dimensions before concrete placement and issue approval for concreting.
Monitor concrete works including batching, pouring, compaction, finishing, curing, and witness sampling and testing activities.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project engineers to resolve site issues and ensure proper execution of works.
Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs when required, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain inspection records, site reports, daily progress logs, and photographic documentation.
Verify materials delivered to site match approved submittals and ensure proper storage and handling.
Attend site meetings, technical discussions, and inspections with clients and authorities as required.
Monitor site activities for safety compliance in coordination with HSE personnel.
Support the project office by reviewing technical documents, inspection requests (IRs), and providing technical feedback.
Ensure timely execution of works while maintaining quality standards and construction schedules.
Assist in final inspections, snag listing, and project handover documentation

Ensure proper compliance of Approved PQP at the site. Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, equipment’s calibration, test results, inspection requests (RFI/MIR), non-compliance reports (NCR) & site observations (SOR), material preservations, method Statements (MS), Inspection & test plan (ITP) all other relevant reports and document in compliance with project specifications and as per international Standards. Inspection of work execution as per approved IFC drawing, Shop drawings, Project Specification, approved ITP and approved materials. Issue NCR or SOR based on severity of non-complianceo Follow up NCR closing procedure, Root cause Analysis (RCA), define correction, corrective actions and preventive Actions to avoid re-occurrence using Quality problem solving tools.Guiding the site execution team and contractor for achieving the progress as per the Project Schedule and in compliance with Specifications.

Review and Approved Contractor/Subcontractor ITP and checklist for Civil, Arc and structural Activities. Review and Approved Contractor/Subcontractor MST and Procedure for Civil, Arc and structural Activities. Conducting comprehensive inspections of road construction, landscape work, building finishing work concrete structures, to assess quality, workmanship, and compliance with design and construction standards. Preparing different quality reports and submitting them to the QC manager. Arranging all the related shop drawings with the engineering department at site, review technical drawings. Inspection of the delivered material at site as per approved Material submittal and from approved Vendor. ensure all the activities are as per the quality and project specifications Keeping track records of the Inspections and preparing monthly KPI reports for Monthly management review Meeting.Supervision & Inspection of the proper installation including civil work, steel erection, FDT, DFT, Slump test, Strength analysis of other infrastructure work. Checking the Shop drawings and as Built drawings for the final approval of the work executed. Schedule inspection and test plan based on project specification, codes and standards with the consultant.Check out the coordination drawings before the WIR raise and making proposal for change in case of interface
Issues. Ensure sub-contractor is executing and maintaining quality work at site as per standards.
To ensure that all the technical activities in the site are in compliance with the Approved Project Specification, Approved Project Drawings and international standards.Monitor site quality and workmanship of every activity in engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural.Providing quality assurance, quality control (QA/QC) services and support on assigned projects to the Construction department to ensure that projects are executed according to the specification, compliance With the Construction policies, project quality plan & procedures and Client quality requirements.
