Coordinate with the proponent and collect the information and requirements before implementing
the design, and review the design package before the submittal.
▪ Review and discussion of the comments that received from the proponents.
▪ Prepares Project close-out documents includes Service order Job Performance Appraisal, Job
Completion Certificate.
▪ Prepares weekly / monthly accomplishment report and other project correspondence required for
proper management and monitoring purposes.
▪ Write and Prepares all scope of work for the project and ensure the design is to be done as per
Saudi ARAMCO Standard, Codes & Specifications.

Project engineer for TUR & WUR renovations projects that’s related for medical facilities
▪ Reviews Construction drawings, Specification and Scope of Works if it is in accordance with the
Saudi ARAMCO Standard, Codes & Specifications
▪ Supervise and conduct regular inspection of all projects, to make sure the contractor is working as
per the schedule. Also check the safety in the site, housekeeping, PPE, tools condition and material
that’s used in the site
▪ Coordinate with proponent and other department such as POD, Underground Utilities and
Telecommunication during project execution
▪ Review the material submittal from the contractor, prepare additional or reconciliation of material
quantities if there is a variation order request, Project time extension and other project
documentations
▪ Prepares Project close-out documents includes Service order Job Performance Appraisal, Job
Completion Certificate
