Main duties revolves around managing the supply chain of parts for our product (ATM, POS & Security) while taking into consideration the online base, consumption, distribution and sales forecast. Additional tasks assigned:
- Manage the POS workshop functionality (target/KPI/consumption/special tools).
- Finance payments (Incentives/Spare parts orders/Suppliers/OT).
- Analytical & financial reports for SIMs & OOS activities done by the field operations.
- Maintaining and monitoring stock of SIM cards and deactivating non used ones.
- Logistics distribution & projects along with couriers cost optimization reviews.
- Direct communication with the manufacturer for workshop & spare parts inquires.
- HR hiring & training for workshop based on manufacturer recommendations.
- Cost Saving and optimization in Parts Planning/Workshop/Logistics.
I currently work in Khurais Expansion Project with Saudi Aramco Project Management Team under a contract with Eram Contracting as an Assistant Engineer I in brown field unit.
