- Insuring the availability by 99% in that period by implementing the new advanced oracle modules (ASCP & Demantra) and running daily priority list reports (re-order point report) to make long & short term planning.
- Succeed plan in eliminating the waste (expired goods) 96% in that period by monitoring the unconsumed expiry goods for one year ahead.
- Assigned to train and supervise the planning team in the new NGHA Madina hospital for two months.
- Participated in updating department's procedures & policy.
- Implementing lean project to reduce the total process time for planning work procedures.
