Performing Planning and reporting processes
Oversee the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work
Assist in announcing the winning bidder
Assist in releasing the purchase order for the bidder
Participate in negotiating the contract terms and conditions with the bidder and their legal representatives
Provide support in awarding the contract for the bidder
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Procurement & Contracts department / section to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
Assist in receiving and reviewing the scope of work that had been submitted by the requesting department
Assist in checking of vendors existence within KKMCOM’s procurement database
Help in sourcing for possible vendors for technical specialities in case of none available within the procurement database
Participate in preparing RFP’s for publishing, and following up with manager for review and approval
Provide support in being a point of communication for enquiries between the requesting department and vendors
Participate in evaluating the proposals (Technical - Commercial) with the requested department, and preparing committee members as well
Assist in announcing the winning bidder

Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
• Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Shipping and receiving activities such handling process.

 Performing procurement planning and reporting activities
 Securing necessary equipment and its parts for all factories according to plans (purchasing, local market and global market).
 Coordinate with procurement staff to make sure all items requested.
 Follow all procurement orders.
 Supervise on all projects and make sure all of them work as planned.
 Work with all departments to enhance green supply chain.
 Work side by side with supply chain and planning sections.
