• Updating progress of work schedule on primavera of assigned projects and planning
accordingly.
• Perform regular analysis of all schedule trends and prepare reports as required.
• In case of delay, preparing recovery program and proposing remedial measures i.e., schedule
crashing, fast tracking etc. to catch up delays.
• Preparation of short termed departmental detailed schedules based on base line schedule.
• Provide support to all operations and extension requests.
• Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the
project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project
or phase.
• Preparing EVM, S-Curves, Resource Histograms, Cash in, Cash out & monthly Invoice Reports.

- Ensure that project controls documents such as resources histogram, schedules, reporting
systems, material controls systems, etc. are fully developed by the designated personnel and reviewed by Construction Management and that Engineering and Procurement interfaces are properly addressed.
