• Analyze and understand job descriptions for open positions to accurately identify required skills and qualifications.
• Review and update job descriptions to align with the centers strategic goals and evolving organizational needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings and interviews, and
submitting shortlisted profiles to departments to complete hiring procedures.
• Communicate with contractors and operating companies to ensure timely processing of employee assignments and overtime.
• Follow up on required financial and administrative approvals related to assignments and overtime until all requests are completed.

• Prepare attendance and absenteeism reports.
• Manage employee resignations and terminations in compliance with company policies.
• Approve employee leave requests through HR systems.
• Issue warning letters for policy violations.
• Prepare salary certificates and employment verification letters.

• Work on QIWA and Muqeem platforms to manage employee records and government-related
procedures.
• Register new employees and ensure accurate data entry in HR systems.
• Prepare new employees for the work environment and conduct onboarding and orientation
sessions.
• Post job openings on recruitment platforms and screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and present job offers to selected
candidates.

• Source suitable candidates for open job positions.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to gather relevant information.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with shortlisted candidates to arrange suitable interview
dates.
