Contracts & Project Management Specialist with 4+ years of experience in operation and maintenance contracts across multiple sectors. Holding an LLB from King Abdulaziz University with certifications in leadership, arbitration, and legal drafting. Currently at SSCL, managing contract reviews, cost analysis, and compliance, ensuring cost control and seamless project delivery.


Currently managing a mega main contract with a total value of 1.2 billion SAR, in addition to 28 subcontract agreements under landmark projects such as the Shamiya and Holy Mosque Third Expansion. Responsible for reviewing and certifying completion applications, verifying executed works and quantities, and ensuring accurate financial deductions in line with contractual terms. In addition, I issue comprehensive monthly payment certificates for all these projects, covering costs from A to Z with full supporting documentation, as the contract is based on a Cost Plus method.
