• Manage and ensure smooth functioning of the Customer Service Centre, ticket sales desk, and information desk and access control.
• Handle all customer assistance services and needs.
• Ensure the quality level of service expected by Ski Dubai
• Ensure correct reporting to finance on daily basis
• Provide regular and ongoing product knowledge and training to team and new joiners.
• Work with the Marketing Team on various Marketing related activities.
