• Develop and maintain trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure business retention
• Expand the relationships with existing accounts by continuously providing consultation and solutions that meet their objectives
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
• Develop internal practices to improve internal workflow to exceed clients expectation in regard to service level agreements SLA.
• Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training

• Build and maintain relationship with insurance brokers to Achieve agreed annual targets.
• Monitoring Daily sales operation and communication Brokers.
• Monitor quotations request from brokers on daily basis.
• Handle a portfolio of existing clients (renewals, customer service) as assigned by Regional Manager
• Develop and maintain a good network of contacts that refer opportunities for new medium-large-volume of business regularly.
• Consistently seek opportunity increase new broker relationship to the company list of brokers and communicate the same to the team.
• Provide Regional manager with regular business report on sales and business relations performance.
• Ensures customer service standard (after-sales) are in line with company’s guidelines and market expectations
• Market, negotiating and closing business relationships with brokers.
• Ensure all premiums are collected in a timely manner as per company policy.
• Playing an effective role in the insurance renewal process for all policies (medical, OM, PR, CIT CIS, FG, CV, etc... )
• Acting as a policy administrator assuring quality of policies performance and compliance with related regulations.
• Create and develop efficient internal practices and preventive measures related operations in accordance to insurance market updates to assure complete coverage and proper corporate reputation across the insurance market.
• Handling Marine and other general insurance claims covering different claim aspects; starting by conducting initial investigation and collecting data, coordinating with claim involved parties (Insurers, Loss adjustors, etc..), up to claim final decision.
• Providing proper guidance and consultancy to assure minimum risk and lower policy premium.
• Evaluating business needs and risks related to nature and operation.
• Carrying out day to day insurance-related functions, addition, deletion and modifications to existing members / properties in respect to various insurance (Medical, Motor, Marine, Property, Cash, Fidelity, and General Insurance policies).
• Assuring operation quality standards compliance with insurance policies terms and conditions.
• Providing needed education and training to all group employees.
• Analyzing financial records and documents, assuring on-time payments to insurance providers and brokers.
• Preparing insurance related deductions & payments to group employees in accordance to HR policies.
• Handling employees day to day insurance requests, claims, complaints, and inquiries.
• Reporting and controlling non-medical claims (Marine, Property, … etc.).
• Conducting field insurance related inspections and surveys to all group branches and warehouses and providing needed recommendations & instructions to maintain insurance coverage.
Supporting and assisting bank branches to promote and sell insurance products. Controlling and reporting sales quality to executive marketing management. Assuring achievement of insurance sales goals within assigned areas.
Handling responsibility of selling and providing after-sale service to bank clients according to defined regulations of SAMA and protecting clients’ confidentiality. Taking in consideration the customer satisfaction as a vital element of baking experience as well as for building customer relationship biases.
