- Establishing human resources objectives in line with KSMC objectives
- Develop KSMC plans for a variety of HR matters such as Localization, compensation, manpower, diversity etc.
- Act to support the human functions by leading strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
- Developing and implementing HR initiatives in line with organizational objectives and oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics.
