Tender Division:
• Responsible for receiving the Tender Documents.
• Extracting the scope of work based on reviewing and studying the Tender Documents.
• Responsible for Quantities taking off from the Tender drawings and cross checking the
provided Quantities and missing items in the B.O.Q.

• Evaluate and prepare comparison sheets for Quotations from Suppliers and Subcontractors.
• Estimate the Direct cost (Manpower, Equipment, Material cost)
• Estimate the Indirect cost (General Requirements, Mobilization, Site Facilities, Supervision and Operation cost, etc…)
• Prepare Analysis of Price for the Items.
• Prepare and Coordinating with Manager/Owner to finalize the Final cost.
• Fill and Prepare the Documents related to Tender requirements for Submissions.

Contract Division:
• Prepare and submit the documents for Subcontractors / Suppliers to obtain Final
Quotations and follow up.
