•Reconcile Debtors/Creditors Ledgers and Bank Statements on a monthly basis; accelerate receivables collection with the help of concerned personnel and advise senior leadership to on the best collection strategy.
•Assure that all acquisitions, disposals, revaluations and cost allocations linked with Fixed Assets are properly recorded in the financial accounting system.
•Record overheads and assure that these are within budgeted limits to maintain profitability at the budgeted level.
•Keep close tabs on employees' payables, benefits, accruals and payments and ensure that these are disbursed in a timely manner.
•Collaborate with representatives from multiple departments in the preparation of Annual Budget and ensure that the numbers match with the corporate vision, growth goals and additional established targets.
