- Developing new products based on a requirement grid that includes customer demands, green cement theme, cost/material savings, and current nearby mega projects anticipated needs.
- Manpower management (Saudization, training and development, female empowerment and integration into the work environment, cost optimization etc.)

Advise on the current status of quality control, manpower as well as machine utilization, process parameters optimization, raw materials selection, handling and specifications, customer relations and new product development if and when applicable.

*Participate in the troubleshooting, optimization and debottlenecking of the production process through the activities of the daily technical meeting

Restructuring and reorganization of the company resulted in re-designation as Manager Quality Control with following responsibilities:

-Coordination with Quarries Department for raw materials purchasing, quality checking, and consumption planning.

- coordination with Production Department for the process control that insures optimum quality product by achieving quality targets.

-Coordination with marketing and dispatch to insure customer satisfaction.

-Coordination with Maintenance Department to insure optimum equipment health.

-Review of quality targets with Manager Quality Assurance and all concerned under supervision of Director Quality Control.

-Interviewing, hiring, training, orientation, and evaluation of all employees under Q.C. Department.

* helping production department in dealing with process (mainly kiln) emergencies in order to avoid stoppages and improve output

Currently overseeing activities regarding, but not limited to:
-Lab equipment setup and commissioning;
-Water/Sewage Treatment Plants setup and commissioning;
-Interviewing and hiring;
-Sample testing (in an independent lab) and quarry planning;
-Organization Chart development and upkeep;
-Issuance of relevant permits and licenses(Radiation practice);
-Orientation of newly hired expatriates (both superiors and subordinates);
-Training of newly hired fresh graduates;
-Planning training programs in Saudi Arabia and abroad for Saudi Nationals in the department;
-Establishment of laboratory test procedures and SOP's;
-support of sales and marketing department regarding customers relations.

* co-founded the microscopy laboratory for the company which was used mainly to understand and explain the clinkerization process in order to aid in the troubleshooting of the clinker production process.

* Participated in the erection and commissioning of the greenfield project of both production lines in the company (500tpd each) in the first three years.

-Managing a team of 23 employees that provides it's services to: production department, customers and marketing department, as well as participation in company strategic planing and conveying top management views to ground level employees.
-Being responsible for the appraisal, development, training and encouragement of the quality control team as well as water/sewage treatment section team for the above-mentioned period.
-Acting QC chief as and when needed.

* participated in a field study headed by marketing department and assisted by a third party consultant to explore prospects of new products which resulted in the introduction of the Finishing Cement in the market with good success.

* witnessed the erection of the third production line (provided by IHI, Japan), and attended a training course in Japan conducted by IHI.

-Chemical & physical testing of cement
-shift lab control operations for monitoring & controling quality parameters in liasone with Quarry, Production, & Dispatch.
- Sample testing using X-ray (XRD & XRF) analysis
-water testing.

Worked in the Pharmaceutical Development Center (PDC) in the testing of stability of newly developed drugs for the sake of licensing. Work included:
-Chromatography (Liquid& Gas).
-Atomic Absorption.
-Spectrophotometry,
-Flame Photometry.
-Gravemetry.
