Act as a primary point of contact for activities related to Project HSE-related matters.
Actively implementing HSE procedures and guidelines according to the required HSE standards.
Supervise the site and maintain HSE documentation up to date and produce regular reports to clients as agreed by project governance
Receive HSE protection plan received from client and monitor and control the implementation of the protection plan by contractors
Monitor, assess, and report on contractor and subcontractor HSE compliance with the project HSE requirements as per the contract HSE legislation/ best practices.

Develop and maintain organization Health & Safety Policy and Health & Safety Management system, taking account of changes in legislation, best practice, and codes of practice.
Attended weekly and monthly Health & Safety meetings; provided minutes and progress action as necessary.
Investigate all accidents/incidents and near misses and provide recommendations to prevent further occurrence.
Review and keep updated with current and new legalization by maintaining a central Health & Safety information library.
Assists senior managers during the implementation of various corporate Environmental, Health, and Safety processes.
Conduct inspection and advise on enforcement and adherence to laws, regulations, or employer policies governing Health & Safety.

Implementation of HSE plan and risk assessment at the project.
Monitor supplier agreements and contracts in line with procurement requirements
Manage Safety team & lead them on day-to-day activities.
Enforce Safety Policy and procedures on the working site.
Continuously inspect the worksite to identify unsafe acts and conditions and advise line supervisor of those to rectify immediately.

Coordination & communication with line Health & Safety Manager to develop a positive Health and Safety culture.
Conduct training sessions for workers, and supervisors on Health and Safety practices to educate them to carry out safe work at the site.

Ensure proper record-keeping is being conducted at all facilities.
Participate in conducting office inspections and audits to ensure the office is equipped to respond to emergencies, then report on the inspection outcomes to the head of the department and the related office personnel.
