Key Responsibility:
▪ Develop a positive relationship with all employees. Promote direct communication and positive rapport amongst employees and managers.
▪ Resolve employee relations issues in a timely manner, provide coaching to all parties and recommend appropriate actions. This includes interpreting and administering policies and conducting investigations. Report findings to management and consult with management on appropriate course of action.
▪ Act as both a liaison and an advisor and provide technical expertise on HR issues to staff and management. Coach and train operational departments on various aspects of the business from a Human Resource prospective.
▪ Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and corporate policies/processes.
▪ Provide guidance and counsel to management on employee related problems that could result in oral or written
discipline. Assist with the written disciplinary documentation to ensure consistency in the policy application.
▪ Prepare necessary materials and provide coaching and support for involuntary terminations.
▪ Conduct Exit Interviews with separated employees.
▪ Oversee the rewards and recognition programs.
▪ Develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities and regularly monitor and reports results to
management, along with recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
▪ Develops and conducts audits to identify training needs and opportunities for performance improvement.
▪ Designing and implementing effective training and development plans.
▪ Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment
status.
▪ Identifying the company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
▪ Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
▪ Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, and social platforms, as well
as institutes and universities visit when required.
▪ Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
▪ Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning.
▪ Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements
in the field.
▪Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff

▪ Assisting with completing background investigations.
▪ Responsible for the onboarding process.
▪ Arranging training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees.

▪ Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating

▪ Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion
opportunities, etc.

■ Responsible of the training unit at Arkad.
■ Managing the process of training.
■ Prepare Training Plans.
■ Carry out annual reviews of the Training system and report results to HR manager.
■ Coordinate training requirements with department managers.
■ Oversee induction training for new employees.
■ Arrange specialist training for Health & Safety.
■ Produce quarterly training reports
■ Manage training records for all employees.
■ Provide close supervision of Trainees Counselor, General Skills Coordinator and Industrial Training Coordinator Trainers and support them in performing their assigned duties.
■ Coordinate with the Arkad HR Management to ensure that training course provided are fully integrated.
■ Supervise the apprenticeship programs and ensure that all apprentices' and trainees' issues and concerns are being addressed and resolved.
■ Participate in developing and validating training plans and programs in coordination with the Training Programs Development Section.
■ Ensure that all logistic requirements for training courses are being satisfied and taken care of for effective training delivery.
■ Communicate and recommend changes and modifications to the annual training plan in response to urgent operational requirements and priorities.
■ Organizing and arranging interviews for candidates.
