Supervise Environmental Department Contractor’s budget and progress. Develop contract proposals to support organizational goals.
Review contract estimates, including proposed materials, production
costs and determine whether they seem reasonable and accurate.
Involved in reviewing the change order based on financial, management
and conditions.
Approve MSR, PR, P.O through SAFEER & MAWARID (ERP) System. Review monthly contractor invoices and manage through ETIMAD
System.
Attend meetings to assess progress on projects, which are in motion, and
take detailed notes to share with Department Director.
Analyze contracts to ensure they comply with Royal Commission rules
and regulations.
Coordinate with Finance and Budgeting department for different financial
proposals/reviews for the contracts.
Review Employee Performance Sheets for approval.
Review candidate CV for approval and interview for contract.
Manages the activities of existing contracts to assure they are completed
on time, efficiently and meet the specific organizational quality
measurements desired.
Reviews and approves monthly invoices from contractors for work
completed.
Plans, directs, and organizes compliance inspections to assure contractors

various government entities in regards to communication network.
Act between Etisalat and Government entities for successful
conduct of contracts and complete on time.

developing innovative proposals and delivering strategic sales presentations.
Teaching and providing trainings for the assigned courses to students of King Saud University Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
