1. Supervision of activities, monitored by the outreach social worker. Ensure quality assistance and information collection in order to report on trends and changes in protection concerns.

10. Take responsibility for the running of the project and the procurement of all small items, such as refreshments for awareness in collaboration with the logistician
11. Provide weekly and monthly reports on activities conducted. This should include details of actions taken by INTERSOS staff and male/female etc. breakdown of beneficiaries for all activities.
12. Maintain a database of beneficiaries in a confidential way.
13. On an informal basis, report to the Project Manager on trends established and protection concerns raised.

In this position one of my function and responsibilities was as coordinator between MOPIC and DHO for OCHA Health/Nutrition program that has been implemented by MercyCorps in rural areas in Hadramoute and selected CHVs on the targets areas including below duties and tasks
1. Assisting Program Manager in putting the work plans for the program implementation according to the guidelines and schedules of the management.
2. Formulated and controlled operating budgets for assigned projects.
3. Assess the entrepreneurship and other needs of the project target beneficiaries.
4. Map out training plans, design and develop entrepreneurship and other business development trainings (outsourced or in-house), based on the identified needs.
5. Explore the technical service providers for sesame food processing training and develop linkages with them for conducting technical training to the target beneficiaries.
6. Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks and handle logistics for training activities including venues, equipment, and payment of incentive for the trainees.
7. Monitoring, Evaluate and making recommendations on the field activities and methodology of training and apply assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of results.
8. Prepare and collect success stories on the targets areas
9. Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on trainees skills
10. Provide Business Advisory Services to the entrepreneurs who have started group businesses after accomplishing the Entrepreneurship Development and Technical Training on food processing.
11. Supervise and follow up the entrepreneurship development activities of the trained beneficiaries in the program urban and rural areas
12. Coordinate activities with local partner, Yemen Microfinance Network, to involve them in the programs and get their supports for effective implementation of the programs.
13. Develop coordination and good understanding of program with other project field staff and other actors in the program operation areas for effective implementation of entrepreneurship development activities.
14. Coordinate with Government Offices and other NGOs for technical training as well as inputs for realization of program objectives.
15. Prepare and submit reports (monthly and specific to activities/programs) to the Program Manager.
