Perform the duties of purchasing various commodities and procurement of general services for All ATHS Schools through the implementation of an efficient process and business operation of the organization.
Ensure that the end user meets all the business targets with excellent operational activities without any down time.
-Managing activities concerned with contracts for purchase or sale of equipment, materials, products, or services.
-Negotiating and managing all external and internal contracting arrangements.
-Drafting and reviewing Contracts and Amendments.
-Keeping track on Contracts renewal for all campuses.
-Examining performance requirements, delivery schedules, and estimates of costs of material, equipment, and production to ensure completeness and accuracy.
-Preparing bids, process specifications, test and progress reports, and other exhibits.
-Reviewing bids from other firms for conformity to contract requirements and determines acceptable bids.
-Floating Tenders & Negotiating contractual terms with suppliers.
-Member of envelopes opening committee.
-Follow up contracts implementation & contracts renewals.
-Exercises considerable latitude in judgment over matters pertinent to the following, to wit:
-Analyze company purchasing needs and recommend schedule and volume of purchase thereof.
-Coordinate the process of purchasing materials, supplies and equipments as company may require.
-In-charge of implementation of financial policies and procedures.
-Additionally provides general financial and administration services to company, according to and in compliance with proper procedures and standards.
-Chiefly tasked to administer and manage all matters pertinent to procurement of company materials, supplies or equipments.
-In-charge of recommending procurement requests to immediate supervisors, for perusal and appropriate action.
