• Led, directed, evaluated, and developed section and staff and other professionals to ensure that the manufacturing activities meet
established targets and standards with the best possible quality against the cost. (improve the OOE & OEE with teamwork)

• Investigate & study the old models machines condition and follow to upgrade them to meet the new requirements with the best
control level to get the best product quality rather purchasing new machines.

• Managing three plants (Electrical Wire, Overhead Conductor & AW Steel wire)
• parodically meeting with teams to ensure the high performance for all the facilities to control all KPIs.
• Fix the manpower budget and implement Saudization plan inside the company to reach 35 %.
• Involving on confirmation any new orders to ensure consumers satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Department for implementation of corrective and preventive measures. Took daily reviews of
productivity, quality, wastages, downtime and suggested corrective and preventive actions required.

o Came up with an idea to cease damage of top layer of cables and saved millions of Saudi Riyal.
o Improved the productivity of old armouring machine with Saudi teams.
o Improved the capacity of assembling machine by machine modification .
