Visual/Dimensional acceptance and weld repair.
• Involve in HSE activities, notify and advice client on construction and Quality matters.
• Witnessing Hydro test & Pneumatic testing and assuring that all joints are exposed for
Examination during testing.

 RETUBING & OTHER REHABITATION WORKS:

• Supervising on site Re-tubing of condenser-evaporator Heat exchanger units.
• Inspection of tube sheet collar and tube support for misalignments.
• Monitoring expansion of tubes at the inlet and maintaining necessary expansionrequirements.
• Pre installing vacuum testing of Cu-Ni tubes.
• Hydro-static pressure testing of heat exchanger Cu-Ni tubes.
• Coordinating with subcontractor for eddy current test of tubes.
• Scheduling and planning for field works.
• Routine shutdown maintenance jobs.
• All PTW activities, authorized permit receiver.


 PROJECT JB-R-M-1016 T0 CHECK AND REPLACE LP STEAM HEADER ELBOWS AND TEES FOR LIFE EXTENSION WORKS:

• Technical evaluation of material according to codes and standards.
• Supervising site works according to scope of work.
• Attending Kickoff meetings with the Client foe daily progress.
• Monitor fitups, installation of piping work & visual inspection.
• Inspection of LP steam header for thickness measurement and corrosion/erosion of elbows
• Coordinating manufacturer for the fabrication works and witness material testing according to specification/standards.
• Coordinating subcontractor for insulation works to execute work
• Leak testing of header under steam pressure and hot conditions.
• Supporting client during commissioning phase.
• Making as built drawings for all deviation in the construction work from original design.


 MAIN FEED WATER PUMP

• Inspection of mechanical seal.
• Check & adjusted clearance of pump journal & Thrust bearing.
• Check & adjusted clearance of pump b/w wear ring & impeller.
• Check and adjusted axial float of rotor.
• Complete over hauling of pump.
• Checking rotor centering of pump.
• Removing shaft bends.


 VALVES

• Gate, Globe, Butterfly, Non return valves.
• Complete overhauling of each type of valves.
• Inspection of seat & disc sealing surface.
• Lap the sealing surface of valve disc and seat.
• Perform the sealing impression test on seat and disc.
