•Responsible for management and administration of assigned partners accounts.
•Maintain close business relationships with customers and acquire new accounts, alert them of new developments or products, assist in resolving problems and enhance ABB products knowledge by organizing trainings.
•Coordinate with other groups to provide effective responses to customer requirements and to anticipate future needs.
•Participate in marketing programs to market Company products and services and provide customers with engineering expertise relative to specific product lines.
•Coordinate with other groups to assess competition, prepare sales estimates and potential return on investment.
•Give demonstration of product wherever possible & represent products to customers & field events such as conferences, seminars, etc…
•Prepare work program and budget for each assigned account including forecast master plan.
•Extend products offers corresponding to customers’ requests for quotations.
•Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
•Distribute projects over ABB partners’ network according to the agreed parameters, follow up each project status and provide any required support to the partner.
•Graduate of AIN SHAMS UNIVERSITY, Faculty of Engineering. o Major: Electrical Engineering o Minor: Electric Power & Machines Department. •Graduation Project: Automatic Control of Synchronous Generator Operation. •Grade: Distinction •Average Grade: Very Good of Honors (83%).
