Since 1-3-2016 till now:
I started working as an HR Officer for Humanitarian Relief Organization and recently I got promotion to become an Human Resources Senior Officer and during this period I used to do the following:
1-Managing, Supervising, Guiding and leading all procedures relating to Recruitment, Selecting and hiring Staff.
2- Creating an Orientation Procedure and its related form to ease the Functional integration of new staff.
3- Creating the organization’s hierarchy and updating it Annually.
4- Performing all Procedures and administrative Functions of HR Department depending on : planning, organizing, orienting, Assessment and evaluation.
5- Creating and developing the Salary Scale and updating it annually.
6- Preparing an HR Department Annual Working Plan ( Depending on SWAT Analysis) and cooperation in the strategic plan for the organization as well.
7- Preparing the report of HR Department working plan on monthly base and any other reports ( case by case).
8- Keeping all documents that could Requires from donors and partners ready, available and up to date.
9- Developing HR policy, Procedures, Regulations and all forms relating to it consistently.
10- Developing the Procedure and related form of Performance Evaluation and managing its performance.
11- Organizing the Staff database through employee Tracker and updating it periodically and whenever it needed.
12- Preparing the annual training plan starting from training need analysis ending with training report.
13- Preparing the Job Description depending on job analysis and updating it on annual base and whenever it needed.
14- Prepare monthly payrolls and all other related administrative decisions.
15- Managing timesheets and Controlling the staff commitment toward leaves and “time in-time out”.
16-Attending HR League Meetings on regular Base( I was the founder of HR unified league at Gaziantep).
17- Organizing and Archiving the Staff files both soft and hard copy and updating it daily and whenever it needed.
18- Creating and Updating CV’s bank.
19- Training HR staff on each component of HR department (policy-procedures-regulations-new forms etc.).
A Nursing Instructor of fundamental of nursing subject for five years at Hama university.
An English teacher for two years at Al Ayman International Center.
I taught during that time many levels like: ABCs, BEGINNER and ELEMENTARY.
Duties: medicine administration, intubating the patients in urgent cases, performing cardio-pulmonary resuscitation, performing electrocardiogram, monitoring the cardiac patients for any signs of infarction, and my favorite skill was cannulating the most difficult veins. Three years of success in the light of thousands of critical exams greatly enhanced my skills and experiences.
Duties: sterilizing the operation room, instruments, tools, clothes and preparing it before the operation, preparing the patients and giving them all the instructions about: dressing, shaving, fasting, and medication. Observing the vital signs before, during, and after the operation. Assessing the first surgical assistant in providing the surgeon with the required instruments during operation, keeping a sterilized environment around the surgical team
Duties: observing the vital signs of patients after cardiac operation, taking care of the chest wound, and organizing a schedule for physical activities after passing the critical time of operation.
